Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; oversee operations and personnel to maintain a safe environment.
• Utilize WMS, automation and other technology to track inventory and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
• Lead customer relationships and maintain strong connections.
• Responsible for the site’s P&L and customer relationships influence.
• Prepare and present MB/R to customers leveraging team collaboration.
