107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Manager I for our Moncks Corner, SC location. You will lead store teammates, oversee training, enforce attendance and safety policies, and guide daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.

Responsibilities include guest service, inventory control, budgeting, labor management, and maintenance coordination; you will also drive safety meetings and policy compliance while providing growth opportunities for the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products
• Budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance, and factors affecting sales and profit such as guest counts, marketing, weather
• Maintain or direct maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems
• Coordinate maintenance of the POS system and provide supervision and training to teammates
• Schedule, coach, and manage performance; conduct orientation meetings at location
• Ensure loss prevention policy compliance and report incidents of theft or cash shortages
• Assist at other locations as directed
