Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and development opportunities for teammates through internal programs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards in the service center.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls; support inventory and cash handling processes.
