107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a General Manager for our Atlantic Beach, FL location. The role leads store teammates, trains staff, and ensures policies on attendance, safety, and uniforms are followed.

You will oversee training, scheduling, and store operations to deliver excellent guest service and achieve financial targets. Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail/guest-facing team.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Strong training, coaching, and disciplinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Maintain or direct maintenance of building, equipment, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
• Supervise and train teammates including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and appraisals.
• Hold teammates accountable and use performance management techniques when needed.
• Arrange for employment advertising, interview, and selection of teammates.
• Monitor staffing levels to maintain labor control.
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings as needed.
• Provide safety, security, and environmental leadership with knowledge of safety policies and OSHA/EPA resources.
• Provide swift directions to teammates or guests who may be injured and report incidents within 24 hours.
• Open and close the store as necessary.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and ship/store paperwork as needed.
• Maintain and enforce proper cash controls.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to ensure LP policy compliance; report thefts and incidents.
