HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or a small cluster near St. Louis-Lambert Airport.

You will ensure the operation is clean, staffed, open for business, and run to high operational and financial standards with strong leadership decisions. Responsibilities include staffing and deployment, coaching and supporting teams, making hiring and promotion decisions, enforcing brand standards, safety policies, and driving revenue through guest engagement and efficient control

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• Graduate from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for some experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
