Team Car Care in Collierville, TN is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, train and supervise teammates, and uphold safety and policy standards. You will oversee guest service, inventory, budgeting, and daily routines to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable store.

You will manage staff, conduct staff meetings, and coordinate with Loss Prevention to protect assets while delivering top‑notch customer experiences.
