• Strong inventory and cost control knowledge.
• Proven budgeting and P/L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, resolve guest issues and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control and cost of goods, manage ordering/receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts and P/L performance; influence sales and profit.
• Maintain building/equipment/grounds; oversee maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance of POS systems and train teammates.
