Team Car Care in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a General Manager I to lead store operations, supervise teammates, and uphold company policies. You will oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, while driving guest service excellence and operational efficiency.

The role includes budgeting, inventory control, and coordinating with management on safety and policy meetings, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and investigate and resolve guest problems and complaints
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turnover, ordering and receiving products
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and labor control
• Maintain and coordinate building, equipment, and grounds upkeep including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems
• Coordinate and conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across store operations
• Lead recruitment, orientation, and placement of teammates; monitor staffing levels
• Partner with Loss Prevention to uphold policy compliance and prevent theft
• Open/close store as needed and manage daily, weekly, monthly paperwork
• Maintain cash controls and ensure accurate financial reporting
