Team Car Care is seeking a Manager in Training in Memphis, TN. This full-time role offers a path to store leadership with responsibilities in coaching, scheduling, and performance management, plus managing profitability.

You will lead training and supervision of store teammates, oversee attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in safety and policy meetings. Growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience ( Automotive experience a plus ).
• Experience with and drive results for a profit and loss center.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances including sales, inventory, cash controls and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop Teammates to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate schedules to meet business needs and ensure coverage.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain building and equipment.
• Attend or conduct store safety and policy meetings.
