Team Car Care in Collierville, TN is seeking a Crew Chief to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost guest satisfaction, and drive sales through effective coaching and daily operations.

This role develops teammates, oversees inventory and safety, and helps manage budgets and forecasts. The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits including 401(k), insurance, daily pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance.
• Energetic in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest First mindset.
• Able to read and interpret safety and operation manuals.
• Able to stand on concrete or metal surfaces.

• Work with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest counts.
• Coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe service center per guidelines.
• Assist guests in person, online, or by phone.
• Open and close store when GM is off.
