107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Manager in Olivette, MO. The role leads store training, policy enforcement, and supervision of teammates, driving guest satisfaction and operations.

You’ll manage attendance, safety, and uniforms while promoting growth opportunities within the team and company. Responsibilities cover budgeting, inventory, POS maintenance, staff scheduling, and loss prevention coordination to ensure smooth store operation and strong performance in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training store teams.
• Proven ability to supervise guest service standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and P/L locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turnover, ordering and receiving.
• Responsible for budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and related factors.
• Maintain building and equipment including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
• Supervise and train teammates, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Hold teammates accountable and apply performance management when needed.
• Arrange for employment advertising, interviews and selection.
• Monitor staffing and adjust to maintain labor control.
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings as needed.
• Provide safety, security, and environmental leadership with knowledge of policies and OSHA/EPA resources.
• Provide swift directions for injuries and report incidents promptly.
• Open and close the store as necessary.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and shipments as needed.
• Maintain cash controls and collaborate with Loss Prevention on policy compliance.
• Assist at other locations as directed.
