Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt guest service, resolve problems and complaints.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts and P/L performance.
• Maintain building, equipment, and safety standards.
• Supervise training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure cash controls and proper store procedures.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention and manage staffing levels.
• Open/close store and complete ritual paperwork.
