Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead our HVAC/plumbing division, owning the division’s operations and P&L, and driving profitability. You will manage field technicians, dispatch, and office staff while scaling revenue and ensuring top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, pricing strategy, team development, and expanding commercial maintenance contracts and residential memberships. Flexibility for extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction
• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or related field
• HVAC and general construction knowledge
• California Driver License with clean DMV record
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, overtime and weekends
• Background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage the division's budget and hit gross profit targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for maintenance contracts and market share.
• Customer Relations: Escalation point for inquiries and disputes, uphold brand reputation.
