Sora Resource Group is seeking a General Manager to own the HVAC/plumbing division's operations and financial success in Los Angeles. You will lead field technicians, dispatch, and office staff, shaping strategy and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, pricing models, and growth initiatives across commercial maintenance and residential plans, while maintaining exceptional customer relations and safety standards.

Formación

• Three to five years of experience in managing projects in construction, or bachelor’s degree in construction science or related fields, or equivalent certification with experience and education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• P&L ownership: manage division budget, track costs, implement pricing to hit gross margin targets.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and staff; foster accountability and safety.
• Operational excellence: oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job workflows to maximize technician efficiency.
• Business growth: develop and execute sales strategies to expand maintenance contracts and market share.
• Customer relations: act as escalation point for inquiries and disputes; protect brand reputation.
