Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Impeccable results with Marriott/Hyatt/IHG/Hilton or similar brands.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L review, budget creation and cost controls.
• Experience in hotel Revenue Management and digital/e-commerce strategies.
• Working knowledge of PMS systems such as OPERA/Opera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel through renovation and rebranding to position for long-term success.
• Ensure brand service strategy is implemented and guest expectations exceeded.
• Guide development of the property leadership team and drive strategy execution.
• Leverage sales engines and build owner loyalty through proactive communication.
