Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager responsible for the overall restaurant operations, ensuring hospitality-focused leadership for Team Members. The GM reports to the District Manager and oversees Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, upholding Capstone’s values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

The role emphasizes staffing, marketing plan execution, and training to maintain high standards, while aligning with financial targets and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, as well as maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained to perform their jobs through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined Business Hours.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in good condition via approved vendors.
• Lead by example with high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise per policies in the operations standards manual.
• Develop and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and raise questions to District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
