Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring hospitality and people-focused leadership. The GM reports to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, guiding operations in alignment with Capstone values: People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage P/L, and ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, and safety policies while driving performance and guest

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu boards.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed and team members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during business hours per leadership.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment via approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and tech.
• Supervise according to established policies.
