Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Capstone location. You will oversee operations, lead a team, ensure hospitality and integrity in service, and drive profitability while upholding Capstone values.

The GM reports to the District Manager and is responsible for staffing, training, marketing execution, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed with proper POP and menu boards.
• Ensure staffing and training through effective use of training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership to create enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Develop and motivate managers and team members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/L with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
