Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the restaurant’s operations, ensuring staff are hospitality-focused, people-focused, and meeting job expectations. The GM reports to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, aligning with Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

Responsibilities include recruiting staff, executing marketing plans, maintaining proper staffing and training, and ensuring the restaurant

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement and commitment to company objectives.
