Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality, people leadership, and integrity. The GM will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, align operations with the business plan, and uphold Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

The role requires 3–5 years of management in quick service, plus financial acumen for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is properly staffed and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Ensure the restaurant is open and fully operational during business hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership by creating enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment through approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff in accordance with policies in the operations standards manual.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and consult with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
