Little Mama’s Italian in Charlotte is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee operations, drive financial performance, and deliver warm hospitality. You will lead a diverse team, execute growth strategies, and ensure adherence to brand standards and health regulations.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 5+ years in upscale, high-volume restaurants, budget and forecasting expertise, and strong vendor relationships. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in restaurant operations.
• Deep understanding of restaurant financials including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Mecklenburg County health and sanitation standards.
• Mentoring and developing your team with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of managers and hourly employees, creating a collaborative and service-driven culture.
• Execute strategies to grow revenue, increase profitability, and elevate the guest experience.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, brand standards, and compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control efforts to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Oversee staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant maintenance.
• Foster strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community organizations.
• Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism, always aiming to exceed expectations.
