• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily P&L, inventory, and staffing for high-volume operations.
• Lead, hire, and develop your restaurant management and crew.
• Maintain brand standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth through promotions and team engagement.
