Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Annapolis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running the restaurant and guiding staff.

You will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, drive local store marketing, and maintain safety and training standards across all departments. You will mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams, review reports, control labor costs, and represent the brand in community activities.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment.
• S-MAC Certification in all positions.
• Elite Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Represent restaurant in community activities and at local chamber of commerce.
• Monitor safety procedures and train staff accordingly.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and address guest/employee complaints.
• Assist with staff interviews and scheduling; manage FOH/BOH coordination.
• Support budgeting and reporting to leadership; help meet calendar deadlines.
