Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead a team of managers and teammates, and ensure hospitality is at the center of every guest experience. You will align operations with the business plan and Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

The role requires 3-5 years of quick-service management, budgeting skills, and the ability to drive performance across all service components.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and hire staff, as well as maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership to create excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment through approved vendors.
• Supervise operations per established policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to maximize performance.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
