Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s operations, ensuring Team Members stay hospitality focused, people oriented and perform their duties to meet expectations. The GM reports to the District Manager and will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members, upholding Capstone values of People, Hospitality and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform their jobs through training programs.
• Open and operate during business hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise in line with established policies and standards manual.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
