Ideal candidates bring prior General Manager experience in quick-service or hospitality, age 18+, and a track record of coaching teams to deliver excellent service while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• General Manager leads a restaurant to meet Profit, Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Experience running high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong coaching and development of Department and Shift Managers.
