Job summary

McDonald's Corporate-owned franchisee is hiring a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant. You will lead a team, manage operations, and drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You will hire, coach, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong restaurant team and guest experience. Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in fast-service environments and a track record of achieving performance goals, with a commitment to guest satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Experience leading a General Manager and managing teams to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop Department and Shift Managers.
• Proven track record in fast-service environments is strongly desired.
