Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability, and deliver a consistently excellent Fan experience. You will oversee production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing while upholding safety standards and high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a focus on cost control, team development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant leadership experience required; ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and allergen handling.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to manage COGS and labor and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cash handling to meet financial goals.
• Train, coach and develop assistant managers, shift supervisors and crew.
• Develop and implement local store marketing and fan engagement initiatives.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with regulations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure repeat business.
