Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Virginia. You will oversee all restaurant operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and financial performance, with a focus on delivering a superior guest experience.

You will train and mentor a team of managers and crew, implement PRIDE systems, ensure food safety, and drive sales through effective marketing and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant to meet quality, service and atmosphere goals.

• Assist in business planning and marketing initiatives with operations leadership.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed consistently.
