McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee is seeking a General Manager. This role is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and upholding the company’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will set goals with your leader and plan how to achieve them while guiding Department Managers to success. You may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.

Qualifications

• Must have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in hospitality or retail is valued.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, coach them and set progress goals.
