• Lead a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future growth.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service, hospitality or retail; must be 18+.
