The role demands proven leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to inventory, scheduling, safety, and compliance, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in food/hospitality with high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data to drive performance and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
