Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a high-performing team. You will implement strategies to improve efficiency, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure strict compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

In this role, you will analyze financial performance, drive sales through promotions, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards of service and safety

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in Food/Hospitality, high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Ability to analyze financial data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and staff.
• Organized and meticulous; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
