McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a franchisee-owned restaurant in Cleveland. You will lead a high-volume operation, drive profitability, coach department managers, and ensure top-tier Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Experience in quick-service or hospitality is highly valued, and you must be 18+.

You will oversee hiring, development of the team, and ensure staffing aligns with business goals while upholding McDonald’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• The General Manager must have prior GM experience in high-volume settings.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly preferred.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, follow up, and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong future leadership.
