Qualifications

• Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.

Responsabilités

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, follow up, and coach for improvement.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high-volume locations and a background in quick service or hospitality/retail.
