The role may involve hiring and developing managers to sustain growth and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have GM experience in fast‑food or hospitality, strong leadership and a track record of delivering results in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop department managers.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
