The role includes coaching departmental managers and expanding leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates bring prior GM experience in quick service or hospitality/retail, with a readiness to manage staffing, goals, and development.

Qualifications

• Experience running a General Manager in a high volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is highly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, follow up, and coach to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership and succession.
