Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a hard-working, friendly General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant. The role requires management experience and a proven track record in leadership, coaching, and meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

You will lead Department and Shift Managers, set goals with your leadership team, and ensure staffing, scheduling, and development align with brand standards. This position is offered through an independent franchisee, with typical benefits and advancement

Qualifications

• Must have management experience.
• Ideal candidates should have General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong future leadership pipeline.
