Job summary

The General Manager at a McDonald’s franchise in Texas will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards that McDonald’s sets.

You’ll lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, help them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve performance and scheduling. Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick-service locations or hospitality, and must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helps set goals, follows up, and coaches to improve Departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
• GM experience in high-volume locations is preferred; background in quick service, hospitality or retail is desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
