McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met. You will work with a leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them, while developing Department and Shift Managers for the future.

The role requires prior GM experience and a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Applicants must be 18 or older to supervise a corporate-owned restaurant.

Competenze

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve departments.
• Helps Department Managers set their own goals and develops plans to achieve the goals.
