Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a General Manager to lead on-site operations, drive financial results, and uphold brand standards. This high accountability role requires open availability, early 3:00 AM starts, weekend and holiday leadership, and a hands-on approach on the floor.

You will manage production, beverage quality, scheduling, compliance, and guest experience, while mentoring a team of supervisors and baristas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience managing or scaling from less than $1M in some locations toward $2M+ annual revenue locations.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Food Handlers Card (required).
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs across the store.
• Ensure OSHA and wage/hour compliance.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager and Food Handlers certifications.
• Oversee production, espresso calibration, and beverage quality.
• Inventory, ordering, and par levels management.
• Open/close execution and waste control.
• Conduct audits and corrective actions.
• Own store-level financial performance including sales, labor, and food/bev cost controls.
