Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee in Littleton, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead on-site operations and drive store performance. You will own financial outcomes, oversee staff, uphold SOPs, and ensure brand standards across all shifts.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety and compliance, managing P&L, hiring and developing teams, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage execution. Open availability and leadership presence are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high‑volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Food Handlers Card (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and total store performance.
• Enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with health and employment laws.
• Hire, train, and develop on‑site teams and leaders.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and P&L to drive profitability.
