Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee in Fort Collins, Colorado seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive financial results, and cultivate a high-performance team. You’ll oversee production, service, and safety, while upholding brand standards and SOPs.

Strong leadership, P&L acumen, and experience in high-volume concepts are essential. The role requires early mornings, weekend availability, and a rigorous approach to operating with urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume concept.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Food Handlers Card (required)
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Lead store operations on floor, production, and service.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and drive revenue growth.
• Hire, train, and develop the team across roles.
