Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee in Wichita, Kansas seeks a General Manager to lead store performance, financial results, team culture, and brand execution. This on‑site leadership role requires setting the standard for SOPs, safety, and guest experience while driving growth and profitability.

You will manage production, scheduling, and KPI accountability, with duties including labor cost control, inventory, and customer service excellence, often during early morning hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience scaling from under $1M to $2M+ annual revenue.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs without deviation and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee production, espresso calibration, inventory, and par levels.
• Lead on budget and forecasting, and drive revenue initiatives.
• Hire, train, and develop high performing teams.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance with laws.
