Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store in Denver, CO. This role requires ownership of store performance, financial results, and brand execution with strict adherence to SOPs and KPIs.

You will manage early-morning production, overnight shifts, and extended hours while guiding a team of assistants, bakers, and baristas. The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience managing locations generating $1M–$2M+ annual revenue.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Food Handlers Card (required).
• Experience with POS, inventory, and labor scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store performance and brand execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Lead and develop store team including managers, bakers, baristas; drive high performance culture.
• Interpret P&Ls, manage budgets and forecasting; drive revenue and profitability initiatives.
