Job summary

LaMar’s Donuts and Coffee is seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead store operations in Louisville, CO. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPI targets while shaping team culture and guest experience.

The role requires early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekend availability. You will oversee production, beverage programs, and safety compliance, with opportunities for leadership growth across Colorado and nationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• 2+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume concept.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience scaling from under $1M to $2M+ annual revenue locations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all LaMar’s SOPs without deviation.
• Ensure compliance with CDPHE, OSHA, and wage-hour laws.
• Maintain required certifications (ServSafe Manager, Food Handlers).
• Oversee production, beverage quality, inventory, and par levels.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
