Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire restaurant operation and lead a strong, guest‑centric team. You will drive profitability, ensure food quality and service, and model Border Foods’ CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You’ll manage scheduling, coaching, and development while pursuing growth opportunities for staff and the business, including bonus and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position expected to work minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
