Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager in the health/fitness industry is required.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage payroll, inventory, and daily club operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead club operations and ensure a superior Judgement Free member experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff across roles including assistants, members, and trainers.
• Oversee front desk operations, tours, sign-ups, and member inquiries.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to rules and sanitation standards.
• Track metrics and reports; provide timely updates to management.
