Responsibilities include staffing, training, front desk oversight, payroll processing, and delivering exceptional service while achieving monthly goals. This full-time role offers employee benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to deliver a Judgement Free member experience.
• Lead and train a staff of Members Service Representatives and managers.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage payroll and HR forms; track weekly/monthly statistics.
• Drive sales goals and oversee regional sales planning.
• Ensure safety and facility maintenance.
