Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Provide front desk and member service oversight to ensure great customer service.
• Greet members, give gym tours, and handle member service issues.
• Support club members and team members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Open/close the gym promptly.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure policy compliance by staff.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
